So when I called, I spoke with one of their company reps that at first had instructed me to set up a 90 minute presentation. Which I did, and was… obviously cancelling. When I spoke to her again, I said that I had read a number of complaints on the internet, and didn’t think that Blue World Pools would be a good fit to me. She immediately told me that I should hold a second and then she connected me with the salesmen and the sales manager.
During this conference call, they informed me that most of those messages had been posted by their competition in hopes that it would deter their business. They then spent about an hour with me answering all the questions I had, and by the end I was ready to have them come and meet me. The salesmen Henry Wotton came to my house and gave me one heck of a presentation. He comforted me and walked me along the entire sales process, including all the financial mumbo jumbo which I don’t really understand. A little over a month, and now I’m enjoying a wonderful pool in my backyard for the low low price of 500.00 dollars (I added some extra amenities).
Another thing that sticks out in my head is that Sibyl Vane, from their financial department was incredibly helpful with the whole process and walked me through it.
